Do you want build a running habit?

After you successfully finished Start to run, now it’s time to create your running habit. Then join our Keep running group. Within 10 weeks you will learn to run for 60 minutes without stopping. We all know that having an active life style will improve your overall body fitness and mental wellbeing. Starting a new life style and developing new habits may feel like a challenge and it is: on average it takes 66 days to form a new habit. But you can do it and we will help you along your journey!

What is Keep running?

Keep running is a 10 week program that gradually builds up from running 5km to being able to run 10km or 60 minutes. There will be 3 training sessions per week. Twice a week, either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, we are starting from the Veldhoven campus building 8. These sessions will be planned at the 17:15. The third run is on the weekend and starts at your front door. If you can run for 30 minutes and are motivated to build running habit, this is the moment to join keep running. Keep running series are scheduled on a regular basis and is hosted by the ASML runners club. Every series works towards a 10km running event.
