Start-to-run 10km

This event was in the past, we hope you had a blast.

Start: 22st of June.

Time: We gather before 17:30 in the lobby of building 8. We start at 17:30. NOTE: You should have changed into your running gear by then. You can use the changing rooms in building 7 on the other side of the running track, next to the yoga rooms, or the changing rooms in the bike parking lot beneath building 7/8. Laptops etc. should be stowed in your locker in the building where you work. There is no space in building 8 for all the gear.

Gear needed: sport pants and a sport t-shirt are recommended. Running shoes are highly recommended. The rest, such as sun cream, hats, water, sport watches, etc. are up to you.

Duration: We will run this program until the week before the Eindhoven marathon. The first few week sessions are 30 minutes. Once we hit the 30 minutes continuously running milestone, we will slowly start to extend this time.

Sign up: No need to sign up, just show up before 17:30 every Monday and Wednesday in lobby building 8. From 17:30 we start and cannot accommodate delays of individuals.
