Gewoon Lekker Rennen: 5 ways to improve your running posture.

The great thing about running is that it’s easy to do. Put on your running shoes, step out of the door and start running. However, in every sport technique training is a no-brainer, whereas in running this is something most people overlook.

In this clinic we will show why technique is important in running (small give-away, it will make you faster and reduce the chance of getting injured) and give you tips on how to improve it. The clinic will take about an hour, where we start with a short jog to warm-up (5-10 minutes, so also suitable for beginners). After that there will be a short explanation for each step in improving your technique followed by you practicing.

Last 2 years, we also provided this workshop, and it was a big success. For the runners that joined last years, it is still a good refresher workshop, so feel free to join again.
